- Corrections. If a statement here is wrong, cite the passage and the evidence and we will fix the record, visibly.
- Field notes. Patterns you see on your own property that confirm or contradict what we publish: the observed-pattern articles get better with every walked room reported back.
- Topics. Lifecycle, inspection, and asset-management questions you want treated at article depth.
